Valuations
Cheffins Fine Art department offers a full valuation service for private individuals, solicitors, executors and beneficiaries.
We provide formal bound valuations on a fee-paying basis for inheritance tax; insurance; market value and Family Division.
We also assist Executors in the sale of specific items or extensive estates. We provide informal verbal valuations for sale purposes free of charge. We would be delighted to call on you at home by appointment to see larger objects or collections.

With a rich heritage in auctioneering, Cheffins' Fine Art department hosts monthly Antiques and Interiors sales and has a number of specialist sales throughout the year at our headquarters at Clifton House in the heart of Cambridge. Cheffins Eastern Counties Property Auctions are also held in Cambridge every quarter.
